It's a huge shame you are so busy as i was salivating at the prospect of you doing other divisions. I would however settle for a couple of top 10 lists :D

Heavyweight would be good at the risk of being boring :p

Oh, don’t worry they’re coming! But will probably be part of e-books now, I’m hoping to get the first part out around July!

Another great read Flea, great reading about Billy Plimmer and Pedlar Palmer in context as well. I'm just looking forward to numero uno now. Who could it be! :)

I’m sure you’ve guessed by now mate ;-)

And I’m really, really glad you enjoyed that part. I’ve always found Plimmer a fascinating fighter, I don’t think people realise today (in our country anyway) just how highly regarded he was (and by people I mean hardcore boxing fans) so Palmer beating him easily was highly impressive.

I’m sure ranking McGovern as a ‘bantamweight’ is still a bit controversial, but hopefully I made a strong case for him based on the weight.

Of course, post-Dixon he makes a decent claim to be ranked among the top 10 featherweights of all time too, although I don’t have him there myself. But PERHAPS McGovern will re-emerge as a major character in another top 10 entry down the line? But in whose story? And at what weight? You’ll have to wait a year or so to find out I guess hahaha

I've just looked into my crystal ball, and it says… lightweight?? This doesn't make sense, but that's what it says!

    Ooh....maybe lightweight as well!!!!

But that’s not what I was thinking. Think about how I treat the weights and what I deem important (the actual weight) and you might figure it out. He’s just about the most important thing about this fighter.

Ah, ok... I can see, how featherweight works even better!
