Ten is so many!!! I'll give it a blast.

    Ezzard Charles versus Evander Holyfield
Similar technically, not dis-similar boxing styles, both fluid combination punchers with good but not necessarily controlling jabs. Could end in a late KO or a decision but there wouldn't be much in the way of mess. I'd suggest the one possibility of it going wrong, Holyfield's head, is all but negated by Ezzard's educated in-game and superb trailing uppercut.

    Mark Johnson v Yuri Arbachakov
Hesitated to pick this one because of the southpaw jinx, but how could the most naturally talented fighter in the modern division's history and one of the best technicians in the modern division's history turn in anything but something beautiful?

    Kid Chocolate v Willie Pep
Pep's sublime defence and hustle versus the Kid's ultra-smooth brand of box-punching couldn't fail to deliver on this front.

Pernell Whitaker v Sugar Shane Mosley
I know, but think of the affect that Mosley's power and limited chances in combination would have on Whitaker? It might have been enough to bring out the absolute best unfettered in arguably the ring's greatest artist. Mosley, meanwhile, has a pretty pleasant style of his own even if he lacks real elegance. This is like the Jones-Toney of the bunch whereas Whitaker is beautiful where Jones was draw-jopping.

    Ray Robinson v Charley Burley
Not everyone is going to agree here at all, and I agree that it would be a slow 15, the thing is though, there is such a variety of shots here to go with the variety of feints. Is there any aspect of boxing that these two wouldn't make "look" perfect given the time they would have to afford each other? It would be like a museum, everything is going to be very beautiful and you have to be qualified to handle it.

    Carlos Ortiz v Ken Buchanan
Primes. Forget the unfortunate real. Imagine Ortiz slowly picking apart the graceful & smooth Scot over about 12 or 13 and imagine the rally Buchanan might put together when the ultra-tough boxer realised he was behind and imagine the boxing Ortiz would have to put together to put that down. Yum.

    Floyd Mayweather v Kid Gavilan
Like Buchanan-Ortiz, the devil is in the detail. Floyd boxes beautifully if sporadically and KG needs that beautiful pressure if he is going to win this one. The combination breeds special sparks.

Sugar Ray Leonard v Jose Napoles
    Pretty much speaks for itself.

    Holman Williams v Freddie Steele
Holman's clearly a joy to watch and now we have a snatch of footage he's fair game. Why Steele? Aggressiveness is going to be key in bringing out Holman's most beautiful stuff. Speed, power and skill would do that here I bet.

    Eder Jofre v Carlos Zarate

    Great list Vic!:thumbsup
I think the winners would be:
    Jofre
    Pastrano
    Canto
    draw
    Laguna
    Graham
    Lora
    Giardello
    Mayweather...
but the winner would be secondary to the aesthetic pleasure of watching these fights.
