I would possibly add Joey Archer as a honourable mention...just cause I don't think anyone mentioned him yet.

Good call, i forgot about Joey.

Ohba too, though he was a huge, imposing Flyweight.

    Whitaker
    Chavez
    Sanchez
    Gomez
    Napoles
    Hearns
    Charles
    Robinson
    Duran
    Leonard

I like the shout out to Curry, but I think he falls just a bit shy of a top ten most-skilled. Noting against him at all, but there are others I'd place above him as seen above......

I love MArcel, I do think you overrate him though, although I love how high you are on him though.

I like the Canto pick, interesting to see him so high.

Heres mine in no particular order.

    Luis Manuel Rodriguez
    Fighting Harada
    Ray Robinson
    Bernard Hopkins
    Pernell Whittaker
    Roberto Duran
    Jung-Koo Chang
    Henry Armstrong
    Ricardo Lopez
    Wilfredo Gomez.

Floyd Mayweather would have to rank fairly high - he's amazing

and I love watching the things James Toney does where he's reliant on his skill really as he doesn't have the size or power/strength to fall back on

Pernell Whitaker was the first name that popped into my head as soon as I saw the title of this thread so he's a given

Archie Moore was next in my head

funnily enough the next one that popped up was Gene Tunney - probably not amongst most people's top TOP fighters but I just think he was a masterful boxer to watch

Obviously Ray Robinson was an absolute genius

Sorry I know you said only people we've got a genuine number of fights on....but Charley Burley looked amazingly good to me even if only in one fight

After some thinking I swapped Toney for Kalambay. Sumbu did pretty much what Toney did, only had much better movement and a much better jab.

HMs: Ali, Curry, Robinson, Toney, Hagler

Ever. Has to be Gavin Rees. He has no particular physical attributes at all but can do it all in the ring. Even if he had one outstanding attribute he would be elite.
