I know i've just said a one-sided one in the lightweight thread, but i got to mention one here, one of the most quickly forgotten schoolings in recent times, Kostya Tszyu vs Ben Tackie, Tackie got the cuffs slapped on him early, and they only got tightened until the final bell sounded and they got taken off.

No doubt a nice boxing display by Tszyu. I'm trying to select fights where both guys show skill to see which fight had the most 'accumulated' skill so to speak.

Fights like Mayweather-Gatti, Pea-Pineda, Tszyu-Tackie, Locche-Fuji etc. are all masterclasses of skill, but only from one guy.

Yeah my apologies. Pryor-Cervantes wasn't too bad for a bit, The Hawk came on strong though. You've said all the main ones!

No probs, one-sided ones are ok I suppose, if we've named all the main candidates. :good

Pryor-Cervantes, whilst short, was very high quality whilst it lasted.

I agree with the principal of one-sided, but is it possible to find a fight with more entire skill inlcuded than Fuji-Locche?

Benitez vs Cervantez would be my top pick. Locche vs Cervantez II also deserves a mention IMO.

Locche-Cervantes II is the weirdest fight in history.

Haven't seen Duran-Mamby, but I just don't see any way that those two couldn't put on a display of skill. Same thing would apply to Napoles-Perkins, I suppose.

Of the fights that I've seen that haven't already been mnetioned...

Mayweather-Corley (who boxed pretty well that night, actually)
    Randall-Chavez I
