Just shows how great our sport is.

if this fight wouldve ended after the 11th round, Martinez would walk home with an easy UD, Chavez jr would be done for now at that level in the MW division.Given the fact that neither IBF/WBA champ Geale nor Pirog would be interested in fighting him and nobody would care about a rematch with Martinez.

Now after that last minute of the last round will give JR a rematch, another 2-3 Million Dollar Paycheck and millions of Dollars on PPV.

Plus Chavez could leave the ring in cheers rather than Boos and Martinez got even more respect for the heart he showed in that last minute.

I know my english sucks but **** it, i am just so excited!:D

Chavez simply ran outta time, and will be better after this experience. Martinez began to fade after 8 or 9 rounds so he better leave the sport soon.

What ruined it a little for me was Martinez getting saved by the Ref with the slip ruling but other than that was one of the best moments i've seen in boxing.

I don't know if the 12th really mattered that much. Martinez got a little arrogant and got caught, that's the way I see it. In a rematch, if it goes to 12 again, I say Sergio does not get knocked down again.
