    GOOD, cause it's actually the first show that i'm actually really happy with.....i didnt clutter all kinds of info, i answered questions and took my time....usually i'm rushing everything trying to get it all in, but i'm learning to only stick with the important news and good questions....:good

    The only thing I'd say is be calm, saw you had to wet your mouth cause you were talking so much a lil too fast.

    Maybe some water nearby would help. All in all good show.

    Great show, Freddy. I thought your comments on Cho He were really poignant and a real class touch. A lot of fans, including myself, go over the top with the hate. When you hear tragic stories like that, you realise that all fighters deserve respect for stepping into the ring. They may not be that talented or they talk **** outside the ring or whatever else, but they truly deserve the respect from all fans for their bravery.

    yeah man i feel'ya...it's easy to talk **** during a fight or in the heat of the moment, but then reality like this kicks you in your ass and you have no choice but to appreciate the sport
