Mayweather will fight cotto because he needs to beat him to get to manny's rank

mosley I think has a chance but he is getting old now

I think jmm and pbf have the best chances due to ability style and mentality

 

JMM will never beat Manny above 140..i think Manny can carry the weight better with even more power,stamina and speed.
Floyd i think can beat him using his mobility around the ring but he is going to be ready for a long night.
Mosley is getting too old,5 yrs ago,maybe.

 

im 100% sure clottey & williams would beat him at 147

mosley & pacman is like a 50 - 50 fight

floyd vs pacman is like a 60-40 in favor of floyd

 

imo JMM cant even beat pac at 140

 

I think too much is made of Mosley due to his fight with Margarito. I mean Margarito is slow, not as strong as a beastly Mosley and catches punches with his face. Mosley hits hard and has fast hands to hit margarito with those combinations. Not mention, Mosley won't be muscled by too many people in the ring ever. Was it a great win? absolutely. But i think people base a current Mosley on fighting someone who was made for him to look good against.

Pacquiao would beat Mosley in clear fashion. Cotto hit Mosley with nearly 50% of power shots, Pacquiao would hit him at will and wouldn't be there to be hit as easily in return. Something like 8-4. Mosley has the basic attributes needed to beat Manny (granite chin, good power) but doesn't have the style (fight controlling type jab and a great counter right hand).

Surprised a lot of people still actually think Mosley would beat him. Cotto had success when he worked off the jab, sticking and moving. Mosley has never had a serious jab. Would be a barnburner though.

No chance of Clottey beating him. A static target with a low work rate and inconsistent approach to scoring would never have a chance of beating someone with the ability to flurry and punch in combinations of Manny. Not a chance in hell.

 

Clottey might not get beat down, but he would have a hell of a time getting a decision against the much more active Pac

 

Paul Williams could do it. I mean, if he can still get back down to 147.

 

Paul would lose only because he would die trying to make 147 again, I would also take Mosley over Pac at 147, and Floyd is a 50/50 fight.

 

If Paul makes it, even 'weight drained', he would still beat Pacquiao.

 

Mayweather and Manny will fight each other next, no doubt in my mind, even if it does take 6 or more months to get the papers signed.
