Although Foreman defeated Frazier twice, I rank Joe higher because he gave Ali his first loss and was a better fighter in the 1960s than the 70s when he lost the title. He held a part of the world heavyweight championship for about five years. —Mark
Because people aren't that stupid? I have no idea why you have Marciano at 15. He's not much higher than that in the Heavyweight all-time list.
