    pre-world war 1 wouldnt be my strongest point, i can't turn you down though, let me give it a go, I'll get back to you.

    It's a good list. Lots of HW's, but why not? Is that Mysterious Billy Smith on there? Really surprised to be seeing so many lists without Dempsey (middle).

    PS, i just counted and i had 21, so my introduction of Dempsey just above Choynski means McCaullife and Jeanette were ousted.

    I guess the reason why Dempsey isn't included in many lists had to do more with the fact that he won the title in 1919, one year after WWI. My assumption only.
