Grigory Drozd(40-1) Denis Lebedev (28-1) Olexander Usyk(9-0) Docu Usyk:www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fs1qx5ruxq8 (english subtitles) Docu Lebedev:www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3cQfduv8Ts Docu Drozd:www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sWQG2nbgQo#t=10 "Pretty boy" Drozd suffered his only loss at the hands of the durable German based Firat Arslan. He gave the German-Turk fighter a lesson in boxing for the first 3 rounds running circles around him and connecting at will before he ran out of gas and puff and their fight was stopped. He would have taken most fighters out of action in those two first memorable rounds but Arslan was too durable and too tough as he took all those countless shots without blinking.Arslan actually didnt connect with any meaningful shots but Drozd was so out of puff that he was just not able to continue fighting.Since then he has been undefated and beat the three Poles Mateusz Masternak(30-0),Lukas Janik(28-2) and Krzysztof Wlodarzyk848-2) in his last outings to a ring. He is scheduled to take on murderous African banger Ilunga Makabu(19-1) in his next fight. Denis Lebedev is a Russian toughman whose firepower is feared among all his fellow and rival cruiser weights out there. He is quite known for his victories over Roy Jones,James Toney,Enzo Macarinelli and his so-called loss to Marco Huck. Well,we all know that Lebedev would have won his encounter with Huck if their fight hadnt taken place in Germany. His scalps also include names like Kayode,Kalenga,Kolodziej,Cox,Ismailov and so on.However, two of his most memorable victories are the ones over Berry Butler and Alexander Alexeev. He brutally knocked out A.Alexeev who was on his way up to the top and was hailed as the next big thing among a lot of experts and fight aficionados.Alexeev has never been the same since he suffered that brutal loss at the hands of Lebedev. As for Berry Butler he fought him on the undercard of Ottke vs Mitchell in Germany's capital Berlin. He scored the most scary and devastating ko I ve ever seen either live or on tv. What a brutally shocking ko it was! :scaredas: Lebedev was scheduled to face Argie Victor Ramirez in his next fight but according to the news the WBA has ordered Lebedev vs Dorticos. Due to his stellar amateur career Gold olympic medal winner Usyk is widely known in quite a lot of countries despite his very short pro career. He has beaten 9 quite decent journeymen and fringe contenders so far.He has a contract with Klischko's K1 promotion and is a kind of a national hero back in his native Ukraine where he is a household name, maybe even more popular among certain portions of the population than the Klitschkos. He is a charismatic and likeable person as well as a very patriotic man. A lot of knowledgeable fight fans and experts think that he is destined to be the next all time great.I think so,too-unless fate is not on his side and he fells prone to injuries and gets hit by a car or........... . Well, you get it. Who is you favourite fighter of these three classy cruiser weights???
Usyk/Lebedev Usyk is just pure class, love watching this man perform Lebedev is also a great fighter and he'll always have a place in my heart because of the way he was so blatantly cheated and got years of his life taken away. I want him to win everything from now on. Drozd
P4P level talents. It'd be amazing to see them face each other in the near future. What would even be better is If Kovalev moves up to challenge one of them, whichever unifies. After he's done with Ward, Stevenson and Beterbiev of course.
Yep. Some seriously deluded individuals have recently been trying to claim its one of the 'deepest' and 'most stacked' division in boxing
And here comes the man who hates on anyone promoted by Matchroom and picked Gavin to beat Brook yet refuses to admit he was wrong. Tosspot. :hi:
my picks 1/ usyk not on acheivements he has not earned the right yet/ just what i think that he beats everyone h2h on abilty / he is very good 2/lebedev /good solid fighter like to watch him. 3/ huck on longevity not my favourite to watch as he is repetitive in his style / but career wise he deserves a place. usyk beats him though quite easily IMO.
