The quality of Ali vs Liston II is top notch (the colour version, that is), as is quite abit of fights that have taken place in the UK (like some of Randy Turpin's fights)


On the original question I'd go with: -

Burley vs Moore
Zale vs Graziano II
Robinson vs Levine

and of course
Tyson vs Sims

Yeah. Espn airs fight parts of fight 2 on Top ten great fights list. You get to see a small clip of the fight. pretty neat.
