Ive always rated Rafeal Pineda as one of Whitaker's 5 best performances. I know Pineda wasnt a great fighter, but Pernell was extra sharp that night, and outboxed a dangerous puncher standing right in front of him. It was one of Whitaker's best clinics.

With Ali I am a little surprised that everybody mentions his demolition of the dead man walking Williams but nobody mentions his incredible domination of Terrel which for my money might be his best performance.

The Williams fight is the best display of Ali's handspeed. Combinations that fast are unheard of in the heavyyweight division to this day.
