If his biceps got bigger he had to have been lifting and not just dieting.

I dont know if an inch is alot for 6 weeks. It sounds like it but I never bothered measuring mine and tracking their growth. He probably measured before he started and then later measured after he was still pumped from a workout while they were still enlarged. I mean 6 weeks, even if you do arms twice thats only 12 workouts. Thats a small amount to add a whole inch in.

Heard about it but I think I gave it a miss. Too hard for me to keep on when I have to sort out the food for the wife and kids too.

Just did a little research and it's pretty damn close to what I am already adhering to now anyway. I already have 6 small meals a day, and apart from berries my main meals always contain at least 3 of the 12 power foods.

It sounds like a very sensible diet plan but if you already eat a healthy nutritous diet then you are propbably following many of the guidlines already. I say just eat healthy.

I've never heard of the diet but calling something an "abs" diet is ******ed. You can't lose fat off a particular part of your body, you can only burn fat in general. And you can't build muscle on a particular part of the body without resistance training on that particular muscle, so diet alone wouldn't benefit your abs specifically but you would lose fat most dramatically from where it most of it is stored, which for men obviously is around the midriff . But putting that semantic issue aside, based on what Brighton Bomber says above it is basically the same as any intelligent diet, which is a good thing :good.

I think the idea is that if you follow this diet, you will be able to see your abs.

    Bodybuilding saying:

"Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym."

I have quoted it for truth!
