    :deal

I really like Paul Dempsey, he was the face of televised boxing in this country for years thanks to Skys dominance and terrestrial televisons failure.

He was a really good interviewer, very smooth, and he did ask good questions.

I always loved seeing him with Eubank.

He always had a smirk on his face and seemed to enjoy toying with him!

I have been reading for some time that he had signed up with Boxnation, no sign of him yet though :huh

    Is that true mate?

    Has left BN?

I know he didn't do much, he only seemed to do the Friday shows, are you sure he won't be doing the show from York Hall tonight?

Any one notice Richie Woodhall having a sly dig at Adam on ringside last night ? when they were talking about Hattons come back Richie suggested that maybe it was because his promotional company isnt doing to well, and we all know exactley why that is. And he's probably right to, slick rick must've invested alot of his cash into that company his pockets might be feeling a bit light

I always turn the sound off watching Sky boxing coverage. Adam Smith is the pits, as is Jim Watt - whatever prediction he gives, just go the opposite way. Sky are a billion miles behind Showtime and (and I hate to say it....) HBO. But **** Sky because they only show boxing twice a century, they're too wrapped up in Prem footy.

If he was that bothered by it, they'd have edited it out of the programme.

I dont mind Smith being the head of boxing ...

What i do mind is the fact he feels he has to commentate too ! ... he dont half talk a load of rubbish when he commentates ..

Ive always been surprised why Sky gave him such a job ...i just do not think hes a natural boxing fan regardless of how hard he tries to be.
