Probably by time this loads there will be a ton of threads on the fight tonight.

Anyways a quick look back into the storm at Upton Park.

Haye boxed relatively well, I sensed that Chisora would open up knowing he was down on the cards and that would offer Haye more target.

Haye opted for trainers which was strange but seemed to work for him, I shook my head in disbelief when Chisora managed to get inside he tied up willingly at times. His choice of gloves were bizarre as well. Winning gloves are notouriously padded.

He pressed the fight but was his tactics right?. Well for me it looked again like a pretty basic plan exploited by a fighter a level above. Chisora's defence was pretty good in opening four rounds but his eyes were starting to close slowly early. He was feeling the power, he tried but i think he's a fighter who needs more method to his madness.

The ending was brutal, the ending was classy and the ending was what boxing needs. Chisora showed fantastic heart to get up.

Great to see fighters have respect, Time for Dereck to humble and stop the sillyness. For Haye it was some form of redemption for what happened last year.

Now what next for either man?

there will be another money fight for Haye, if its Vitali or someone else.

Chisora goes back to domestic level.

Entertaining fight, I felt Chisora should of let his hands go slightly more, even still he showed great heart and chin in that fight and I respect him alot, Haye's power was fantastic, Fury, Helenius and Klitschko all landed there best on Chisora and he was never really even buzzed, I was suprised to be perfectly honest that Haye could hurt Chisora like that. Nice end to the fight also with both fighters making up.

I think for Haye it's Vitali or nothing, Time's not on Vitali's side and i'd favor Haye to win that fight if made. He looked a little rusty at times but once he relaxed and timed punches he was starting to look somewhere near to the man we once knew.

For Chisora he's now lost 4 fights, each fight has been grueling and he said he doesn't want rests. It will be interesting to see how he's managed from here on in. I think he's a decent fighter. Someone who could actually become better with better quality work. He's fighting at a disadvantage at the moment IMO.

I would like to see Chisora fight a few fights where he should win and isn't underdog and get back into winning habits. Then maybe target Povetkin if possible.

Will Frank look to make a blockbuster domestically between him and Price or will he look to keep matching Dereck tough.

Chisora looked like Smokin Joe from Kingston Jamaica in there, swinging away but getting outgunned.

The lustre has gone though. A Vitali victory won't mean a great deal now though, even Haye would admit it. Wlad's been done and can't see Price wanting such a dangerous fight. So I think Haye will sail off into the sunset.

I'd still like to see Chisora/Wlad or Chisora/Fury II.

I got abit emotional when they where both interviewed together, if you watch it again....Haye was emotional himself, and was not far from tears! When he mentioned his charity that he was donating to!

What a sport guys, it was a good fight from both guys.

I am glad that David Haye won, but I will be supporting Chisora aswell! From now on.

Note: Chisora needs to really approach the sport with spartan like discipline. I am not saying he does not train hard but there's training! And then there is, meticulous intense training! Chisora for me, trains hard for 6 weeks leading up to fights! And then in between fights he just goes on walkies. He needs to have a 12 month training plan......

He needs to be still doing some general fitness, far to many boxers say after after fights...

"I am taking afew months rest"

Logically this is just stupid. You don't need to be sparring all year round, just implement general fitness.

I honestly don't think Chisora does this.

I am not going to criticise the guy so much, on his appearance! I don't want to stereotype.....

Maybe Chisora does train all year round? Who knows?

    Well done David Haye.

I think Haye should fight Price or Fury next and aim for a rematch with Wladimir.
Beating Vitali won't prove much these days. Vitali is about 41 years old and has started to look it very much.

Chisora needs to go back down a notch get a few wins under his belt and as you said come back up and fight a Povetkin or the likes, I truly think he has got alot of potential, Haye should retire unless Vitali or Wlad wanna fight.

The Chubby Brown fans in the audience most likely didn't help with their chants of "You fat *******".

Dereck needs a few confidence building fights against the likes of people like Albert Sosnowski, Matt Skelton etc. then he can look for a fight with Price, a rematch with Fury or maybe even Helenius in about 18 months time, to be fair he has had 5 fights in the last 12 months and tonight was only his 19th fight, he may have been rushed and talked his way into more than he was ready for.

A decent fight and better than I expected. Haye done a job on Chisora and credit to him. Chisora looked absolutely massive compared to Haye tonight, I really felt Haye would go the distance and didn't possess the power to put Chisora down like he did.

I really felt Chisora should have imposed his will on Haye a little more and let his shots go. Chisora fought a bit illogical. He was closing the gap relatively easy but failed to pull the trigger enough. His defense was however horrible. He was throwing shots when he clearly hurt. He should covered up but instead resorted to throwing wild hooks, leaving himself wide open for huge hayemakers. And the result justifies why he was put on his backside twice. You just cannot leave yourself open like that at the top level.
