I think he must be as well, but I also think that he must really believe that he's being loyal to a point while he's in a good relationship, and that on some level, dude self destructs like clock work. Manny probably could make 135 or 130, he's 5'6". But for his height, he's got a thick frame, plus he's been fighting at welterweight for years. He doesn't walk around below 147 as indicated by his training video for the Algieri fight when he weighed 156 at the start of camp.

So the question is, if he makes 135 or even the ridiculous 130 like you claim, can he be effective at that weight? I personally believe he'd be drained.
