I think my list was stretching it.

Probably just Joe Louis, Schmeling, Ali, Tyson and now Pac have been so globally recognizable and popular.

First of all, I have no problem with Floyd demanding anti-doping tests. If he really is genuinely suspicious that Pac is on some kind of A-side meth then he has every right to be cautious, sure, he has a right to demand additional tests. What I do have a problem is whether he actually is genuine. The ***** rallying cry nowadays seems to be “0 cutoff or no fight”…I’m like WTF? Misguided writers like Vivek Wallace would have you believe that all Floyd wants is a level playing field…just take the test Pac! Well I hate to burst Vivek’s bubble but when negotiating with the world’s most popular fighter being uncompromising is akin to not wanting to fight….it’s essentially the same as pricing oneself out. As it is, the current terms assures a level playing field.

Here’s what we do know---at the very least Pac agreed to blood testing with a 7 day cutoff. On top of it there is the mandatory unlimited urine testing and of immediate testing post-fight. For *****s, the argument falls on what kind of PEDs Pac could presumably use on those 7 days. This rules out EPO as it could be detected trough urine. “Oh what about HGH?” A ***** might ask. Well, Pac could conceivably load up on some super hi-tech HGH that would seep out of one’s system before the post-fight test (you guys must think Alex Ariza is some sort of Nobel prize winning chemist), but WHY would he? How is loading up on HGH on fight week beneficial? So here’s Pac training for 7 weeks acclimating and conditioning his body a certain way and on the last week he would **** all that up by loading up on HGH? Huh, Floyd? To an objective person, this makes no sense.

And then there is this concept of precedence. When Pac has reservations about blood tests drawn too close to the fight, there was precedent for that; he lost a fight the last time that was done. When Pac’s camp demanded a $10mil weight penalty, there was a precedent for that too, Floyd had breached weight stipulations before. The point here is that objections and demands must have some sort of precedence to be reasonable. There is no precedent for Floyd’s drug testing demands. Pac has no history of being dirty on anything, much less taking PEDS. He can’t even fight dirty. And no, Floyd senior’s barely coherent ramblings don’t count as precedence. Yet here Pac, boxing’s top dog willing to concede and compromise trying to make this fight while Floyd is on vacation poking security guards…So back to this “0 cutoff or no fight” BS. Why is this more reasonable than a “7 day cutoff and lets fight”? Ask yourself, is it really about leveling the playing field now, or is it more like Floyd is being a lil *****?

you know i find it so hard to believe pac would risk everything by taking something.. it would ruin everything he has achieved and make him hated so badly for fooling people

but why do i get the feeling something isn't right?

Can I ask you a question please?

Did Dwaine Chambers have a history of enhancement drugs BEFORE he got caught?

    Same question for Ben Johnson?

    Same question for Shane Mosely

    Same question for James Toney

Same question for Roy Jones Jr?

Did we know margo loaded his gloves before Nazim caught him?

Look at the end of the day Manny is cool but take the test and be done with all the speculation if you got stopped for drink driving and you get asked to take a test (and you havent been drinking) you take the test and prove your innocence!

The point is to prevent someone from using in the first place or catch them using at the very minimum!

Shane took the tests and he lived yea it is annoying but the fact is everyone knows that for at least that fight he was 100% clean!

I said this a million times before Wada testing is good enough in non cambative sports then it is definately good enough for boxing!

If PBF is being a ***** then let Manny agree to all the testing and lets see if Mayweather balks at the fight then I think he takes the fight and wins. If not then all you have is Manny fans saying one thing and PBF fans saying another!

Pacquiao: [Pauses] Um, no. I feel like I don’t need Mayweather to make my career. I fought the best and anyone willing to face me. I want it, and feel the fans deserve the Mayweather fight. I want to prove to everyone that it wasn’t me who didn’t want the fight. That’s why I made the concession to take anything [blood tests] he wants at any time. Even during the fight before the sixth round if he wanted! What else can I do? I hope we get the fight done soon. Let’s get it on.

  14. The same drug testing that Martinez, Williams, Lopez, and Marquez went through? Or the same drug test that Marquez, Katisidis, Khan, Maidana, Berto, Hernandez won't be doing?

    :patsch

Oh wait, it's a ***goty ***** who thinks Pac should bend to Floyd's will at all costs.

    :deal

HGH, and the best forms of EPO can't be detected by urine tests, the Nevada State Athletic Commision urine tests do not test for EPO or HGH. HGH has the same benefits as taking anabolic steroids, it will give you more energy and raise testosterone levels but without the side effects. Mircera a designer EPO is only detected by blood, Riccardo Ricco a cyclist was caught using Mircera two years ago by WADA accredited testing, a 7 day cutoff defeats the whole purpose of random testing.

WADA blood testing only catches drugs within 24-48 hours of the blood test, meaning that if there's a 7 day cutoff he could blood dope and it can be masked out of his system before the post fight blood test.
