This is what I'm saying,the 7 day cut-off is basically foolproof. Therefore, we can deduce that either the entire drug testing facade was all about ego, or, it was a way to duck the fight.

I personally, don't believe Floyd wants Pac, whatever the reason is. I think when he came back, he fully expected Ricky to win that fight, setting up a rematch.
