The problem with your source is that he's basing his assertion without considering some important factors and you seem to do the same...

Pacquiao gradually went up because he was a 16 year old malnourished kid when he started at 106lbs.

If Pacquiao was on any steroids, his walking weight & fighting weight would most likely be well above the 145-149lbs range which it has been since his days fighting at 130lbs.

At least 95% of boxers need to cut weight before making weight...Pacquiao barely had to do that since the Hatton fight...

The only logical drug that Pacquiao could be on, if any, is something like EPO or blood doping in order to enhance his stamina and recuperative powers.

The funniest thing on this board is that the vast majority continue to disregard the fact that random urine testing was automatically agreed up to fight time, if necessary. Now the blood tests are also agreed up to at least 7 days prior to the fight, which is more than enough for steroids, if that's the drug you're bodybuilder friend thinks Pacquiao's on...

When he unsuccessfully defended his 112 pound title in Thailand, I heard his walk around weight was around 130.

This was circa 1999. He was barely out of his teens.

And he had a tall frame for a flyweight. Really skinny, but lanky and had potential to fill up nicely in the future.

Not a stocky frame, like many little boxers are.

He lost via KO stoppage body shot.

My source has been training boxers for a long time and been a boxer himself. He's of course taking all of that into consideration, and probably knows a hell of a lot more facts than we've even considered here.
I agree though that if I had to say Pac was on anything it would be the EPO but the steroids are definitely questionable.
And maybe it's just hate that drives these people to say Pac is on this or that. What drives me to wonder what his reluctance to take the tests initially. Ya, ya I know he changed his tune eventually but I don't believe an innocent man would have brought those accusations on himself without proving his innocence when he had the chance to shut everyone up and above all make Floyd look like an ass.

How to make a 40 page thread: Say Pacman is on steroids or Floyd can beat Sergio.

An innocent man sometimes has too much ego or pride to let another man dictate to him what needs to be done or not...

We do know that Pacquiao previously said, him giving blood so close to his Morales fight ****ed him up mentally...

Some guys would probably get mentally ****ed up just by having sex before a fight if they think that it's not good for them also...

Instead of saying that your source relies on facts that we don't know...well ask him to put on paper all those facts so we can dissect his views properly.

Being misinformed is what your source is, I have no doubts.

The key here is the walking weight and the fighting weight. If Pacquiao takes close to 7000 calories per day and has trouble gaining a single pound....no way is the guy on steroids ! The man would be noticeably bigger than he was 5 years ago when not training. He would need to cut off weight for starters...

Blood doping...that may be another story, but my belief is that our generation has the opportunity to witness a phenom of the sport.

This may just be an excuse also. Morrales was great enough to beat Pac in his prime but still had enough to beat Manny coming down from his prime. Morrales was a monster with one of the mentally toughest minds in boxing. Marquez has that mind set and so does pac.

Fact: he is the number 1 pound4pound

Fact: he is beating all the top welterweights in the division.

Fact: he has beating all the top contenders sicne his flyweight days

Fact: more importantly he got Fans all over the world im from denmark and im a huge fan and you dont get huge amount of fans by being a nobody

you fecking *****s are basing you acusation without any proff at all

PS. btw it seems to me, the only fans floyd got is is his racial brothers that he has somehow convinced that he is the next Martin L. King or jesus christ

Don't disregard the rest of the post..

    This content is protected
" Walking weight .... fighting weight... 7000 calories per day .... not capable of gaining a pound ...."

Look at Pacquiao's weigh-ins at 130lbs, look at Pacquiao's weigh-ins with Clottey & Margarito. What's the difference with his body ? Not as ripped... He was heavily DEHYDRATED before !!!!!

End result is the same fighting weight :deal

FOCUS ON THAT...OR MAYBE YOUR FRIEND SHOULD !

Tell your friend to put his views & facts on paper please and then come back to post them, until then his belief is just...misinformed speculation.

Dude, I PERSONALLY don't really care about his weight. My source made this comment. When I speak with him again I will ask him he's views and get specifics. I have to call him this week anyway so will get deeper into it with him. Maybe he was getting at that Pac went up 8 weight classes without losing a step and found that to be odd.
As for me, I stated I'm more into thinking it's EPO

My source obviously doesn't mean anything to you and I understand that. I know who he is though.
I don't want to post his name or his videos/pics because I could get a nasty phone call and don't want to **** him off lol
