Floyd won't be using his shoulder roll defense as much in this fight. With the number of punches that Pac throws, Floyd will be spending a lot of energy trying to dodge them using the philly shell defense. And Pac's a southpaw.

I see Floyd utilizing every inch in the ring while using his jab with Pac inevitably cutting him off and cornering him in some sequences. If Oscar was able to do that to Floyd, Pac can too with his speed/quickness.

Pac has very sharp reflexes. If Floyd lunges forward to take a shot at the body like he does at times, Pac can catch him with that right hook.

You forgot the socks & the weakening from the blood test  dont believe everything you hear from a beaten fighter :good... at least when I say Morales was past prime, its a fact & if you had followed his career you would know this ****.

On what basis ?... hope ? :huh

Mayweather has looked as good as ever in his 2 recent fights vs highly rated p4pers Marquez & Mosely, winning 23/24 rds.

You might HOPE that he will have slipped when facing Pac but if we stick to FACTS aka recent form then Mayweather beats Pacquiao every day of the week at 147 (or any weight for that matter but we`ll stick to 147 for this discussion).... Ive says it from day 1 & I`ll say it until the fight, Mayweather is too good a fighter for Pac, too skilled, too smart & too athletic.

    Glad to help :good

Pac took his foot of the gas against cotto. Mayweather would not be so lucky. Pac would probably step on his throat if he could. It would be a different fight then cotto no doubt, but that night I don't know if anyone could have beat pac. Floyd would have his work cut out for him thats for sure. He's never faced anything close to what cotto fought that night. And judging by his actions after the fight he sure as hell wasn't in any rush to get in the ring with manny, that tells me a lot right there.

Both are amazing, Pac's ahead though.
So much so that even if Mayweather beats Pac he's still behind him imo.

    Why?

Pac = legacy of stepping up to the plate (8 divisional champ) and not afraid of losing.

PBF = legacy of going into vacation when the "going get tough" and dish out excuses why fights won't happen.

How many times did PBF already went into vacation when there's tough oppositions are knocking on his door?

I don't believe he could have lost to Margarito or Cotto if he fought them at welter then . . . but why? Why? Why he didn't fight them? And now . . . Pacquiao?

That's a question that will always pop up and damage PBF's legacy in the history book of boxing.
