"Pacquiao came up beating up all these big guys in bigger weight classes—way bigger weight classes then him. How did a guy do that, man? To beat all these big guys when other guys in the same division can’t beat them but little Pacquiao comes up there and beats them, and stops them and makes them quit, and makes them retreat, and give up, and make them say ‘No mas’, and all that. I don’t know how that is. How is that? How is that done?”

    Floyd Sr......

If that doesnt sound like fear coming from daddy, then I dont know what fear sounds like!

Shane lost the second fight to de la hoya and looked like crap i don`t know how he got the decision. Plus Pac has zero history of cheating. Did Michael Spinks ask for Tyson to be tested no, well alot of people at my work believe that he did take steroids at some point during his career.

Lets not forget that it took a earthquake fore that fight to happen, floyd was needed to demand testing otherwise it would seem like he just did it for pac, this was back when he was on his clean up the sport crusade.

Floyd comes with conditions to his fights, so why should anyone fight him? He is not the champion and he is not higher on the ranks. So why can he have his own conditions? This should be a fight that he is hungry for more than the more higher regarded opponant.

Still, Pacquiao should just do it. At first I thought it was justified not to as he wouldnt give Floyd the pre-fight control. But Pac imo is the better boxer and he needs to think that too, so regardless of testing, he in his mind will still win, and so should just do it.

No one would argue that PED's are gonna improve your boxing brain, but do you deny PED's give the boxing brain improved tools to use?? Such as strength, stamina, etc?

got to be shittin' me dude. :nut

I'm a PBF fan, and I can agree with you that he doesn't have the same "passion" and "love" for boxing that he had when he was young. In fairness he's been in boxing his entire life, but he loves money and he loves fame, so he fights because it's his ticket to both.

Those types of tests does not exist in boxing numerous great fighters moved up weight classes and were successful, if Floyd wants this he should forfeit his professionnal status become an amateur and fight in the 2012 olympics in london.

For 50 million, I'd eat my own dog. If I had my preference I wouldn't eat dogs but for 50 million it's going down, I'll eat every dog in my neighborhood.

"Most likely"...haha, I like that one. I'd say it's more accurate to say 99% of boxing wants Pac to be clean, and with the attention this has gained...all the world watching, why not take this test to smear it in May's face??

Only one reason I could think of, and it appears to me a lot of fans are starting to really be suspicious simply because he won't take the damn thing....like said, only one reason anybody wouldn't take a test like that.

floyd didn't mention anything to do with money in that interview. In fact he stated quite clearly twice if you was listening all pac has to do is take the test.

Now it funny how you keep avoiding this point and it is also funny how for the past few days people like you have been asking for floyd to speak and clear up the ****. Now he does, you keep pretending you can't hear.

But i will paraphrase for you.

Reporter" If pac takes the test we got a fight"

    Floyd mayweather Jr " Absolutely.

Now back to your question about if floyd ask for 100 million to fight pac in
    This content is protected
    would i support it.

The answer to your question is no. But if floyd was asking for 100 mil to fight in dubai or south africa then surely that is his business and his right to negotiate his own deal as long as it don't interfere with pac's purse.

For example if a third party comes in from overseas and says we want to host the fight over in dubai, then they should expect to pay out a much bigger pie than what would be paid out domestically from home sources i.e HBO e.t.c.

IN las vegas floyd may ask for a guarantee purse of 50million but in Dubai or south africa through a third party host he might ask for 80 million. It makes sense from a business stand point.

The fact that floyd probably has no intention yet of fighting oversees puts all this nonsense to bed.

As it quite clear that if the fight was to happen it would be happening in LAS VEGAS.

On the flip side, would'nt you as a pro boxer take on what you would claim is a "one dimensional philipino midget who will be easy work" for $50mil with or without extra testing?

    No problem man

    Cause and effect...

We got the fight we wanted right?

So will Spadafora if that fight happens,

Martinez has been calling out Floyd recently.... He will take the test to prove he is clean and for a chance to fight Floyd

The Patriotism card is a weak and desperate attempt for Floyd to get people on his side - and then he immediately explains how he doesn't fight for the fans but for himself and his family.

    Shut up and fight, Floyd!

You're right, he didnt mention anything about money in the article. Does that mean he's not going to request it? Like I stated....Arum stated him and King tried negotiating for a bout but Floyd wants $100mil. If Arum is lying, all King as to do is clear his name by stating that its not true. It adds credbility to the story since Roger stated the same exact thing!

As for Floyd getting $100mil for fighting overseas, etc. Well if they're offering it, then sure. Who the hell wouldnt accept it, but if its a matter of I want $100mil or no fight, then I would have to say its a duck move!
