Very simple, as soon as Pacquiao takes advantage of what Mayweather said in that interview, "the fight is on when Pacquiao agrees to full random testing.".......then the ball will be in Mayweather's court.

......but to date, Pac has'nt dared to voice to the US media he'd agree to full random testing.:yep

 

I think Pac will take the tests just to get this happening once and for all. Whether Floyd keeps his word and fights if there's tests, who knows?

 

All the Floydboyz care about is what Floyd wants. They care more about that than the actual fight going down. If Floyd agreed on a 24 day cutoff time, they'll be cool with it. If Floyd never mentioned the words OSDT or PED's, neither would they. They were all ok with 14 days when Floyd first said it. Now all of a sudden 7 days is unrealistic. Quite a pathetic bunch to be honest. Had Floyd requested stool and semen samples, they'd all follow in tow and say that Pac is ducking Floyd if he doesnt agree to it.

Mayweather never fought limited bums who became "great" no matter how big their competition was at the tail end of their career. That is irrelevant. A clean fighter is willing to test to get the payday.
