My point with the timeline I posted was a prelim contract was agreed to by both sides before Arum flew to Manila on Dec. 2, 2009.

Pac agreed to take the fight on or about Dec. 7, 2009.

Ellerbe wanted to add the OSDT on or about Dec. 12, 2009.

The OSDT does not apppear to be a part of the preliminary contract brought over by Arum on Dec. 2, 2009. I could be wrong but I've never seen evidence to the contrary.

Pac said on on Dec. 5th that he had some additional requests that they wanted.

On Dec. 7, he made the request for the weight penalty.

On Dec. 11th, Roach stated that Mayweather asked for random testng, to which Roach said they would agree.

On Dec. 13 Koncz said the testing was no issue at all and they would agree to it.

Dec. 22 - GBP states Pac wont agree to the testing.

At this point, no contracts had been signed. Pac never agreed to all the terms.

 

Roach nor Koncz does not and has never negotiated for Pac.

 

I never said they did, but they did say they would agree. So, your point is Arum did not agree to the testing?

 

Maybe Arum, maybe Pac....there is a video taken 5 years earlier where Pac does not want to have blood taken out of him close to a fight.
