why? i quoted you on the underlined part.

and i have shown you a pac fight where he was using body shots to break his opponent way back in 1995 when floyd has not turned pro yet. what's your excuse now, floyd has been doing it in the ams?

Pac throws singles to the body to. He leads with a straight left to the body a lot. Does it early in fights . Also leads with right hooks to the body.

Excuse? This was a dumbass answer. Your video shows Pacquiao slugging it out. We are asking who is the better body puncher lmao. Not who threw the first body punch as a professional :rofl

Does he go to the body better than Floyd is the question.

Floyd doesnt throw enough body punches to be a better body puncher. Just throwing jabs to the body isn't enough . He showed against Gatti, Judah and some other fighters that he can throw some great body shots, but he isnt very consistent with it. Pacquiao nowdays throws some pretty good body shots. And he mixes it up a lot , Pac just has a better offense then Floyd all around, with a more varied punch arsenal. Floyd breaks down his man with 1 punch at a time and doesnt focus that much on the body except with the jab. Pac throws lead lefts, right hooks, and mixes up his body shots in combinations. So overall I'd give it to Pacquiao . But neither are really noted for their body punching anyway.

From my humble observation.Pacquiao has folded tough boxers with body shots. His opponents are lucky Pac does not go there a lot their internal organs would be suffering.I don't really consider judah, mitchell or gatti that tough. When i say fold i mean crouch in a hunch position gulping for air and protecting that rib. Eg.. Morales and Margarito.

ok here is what you wrote and don't be a smart-ass.

you tried to paint pacquiao as a head-hunter first, yes i can agree on that, but saying that pac does not go to the body for as long as floyd did it is a little misleading especially if you haven't seen pac's fight early in his career. now i have showned you video and you refused that it is a body work and instead says that it was "pacquiao slugging it out".

i did not even tried to argue if who is the better body puncher, i just corrected you when you said that pacquiao has not been doing it as long as floyd was doing it when i have shown you that video.

We see Floyd differently. Pacquiao isn't a better offensive fighter imo first off. Both are great at that part of their game. Pac is a better combination puncher. Floyd doesn't use combinations like he used to. Pac uses angles, but he goes to the head first. Floyd does not tire guys out with just jabs to the body. He uses both hands. Pac will throw a great combo and end it with a good body shot. Floyd game plans his body attack.

You didn't correct ****. If its personal to you, I don't care. I talk real boxing with real fans. I like both fighters. If you don't like Floyd, then find a ***** to argue with. We are talking body attack tight now.

How long were these body shots sustained against Morales in fight one? Pac did hurt Margarito badly with a body shot after a great combo. Floyd puts guys on the defensive to the point that they can't throw back. Top that with his great defense, and he wears guys down. It's Floyds style. Pac is rapid fire from all angles with power, and Floyd is break you down.

personal? i tried to correct you as decently as possible but you seemed the one taking it personal with other posters not taking your view using laughing smileys. now if you have just accepted it that you are wrong in the first place and admitted that you never knew that tiny bit of fact, then all is well. but you have to name-call and put that stupid smilies like the other fanboys do, thinking they will win a debate with it. :hi:

That's just wrong man. Too wrong.
I would reason out but my jaws are still wide open in disbelief.

This is almost synonymous to voting for Mayweather as the one with the better chin vs Margarito on the other thread.

You don't even understand what I'm trying to say.

You pointed out a 95 fight with a green Pacquiao throwing some head and body shots as if that was Pac going to the body breaking his opponent down which it could've been...and you even added that he did this before Floyd turned pro, lmao.

Good amateurs start off throwing body shots as they are taught that way before turning pro.

What am I supposed to do with the video you showed...agree that Pacquiao is a better body puncher than Floyd because he threw them before Floyd turned pro, or admit that Pac threw body shots before Floyd turned pro??? I'll answer you.
