Above someone said that the USADA is private company and Schafer is pals with the owner who will stop Pac on the way to the ring for a blood test. Maybe even between rounds.

Because usada's tygart and gayweather come a long way. There is a reason the testing stopped 18 days before the fight and it is not because it is random.
