    plz understand what the F you are talking about

    USADA has doping control officers to actually administer the tests...which WADA does not have

    then labs analyze the sample

    USADA sends the samples to labs that WADA has accredited

    like someone else poster on here...when you go to the doctor for a test, they just take the sample, and send it out to a lab

    same thing here

    The logical thing would be to have an outside agency, maybe the French, who have caught all those cyclists, and one which does not have anything to gain with a positive test.

    Fact is the sports leading figure Pacquiao tests positive it creates demand for more OSDT in boxing, which USADA would be all over in the US charging their exorbitant fees, until the commissions create a testing program themselves.

    USADA have a lot to gain with a positive test on Pac. An outside agency wouldn't so much.

    ooohh!....:lol::lol::lol:

    USADA doping control officers holds the urine cup where the athletes pee on, mark it and send it to labs

    For blood collection, the doping control officers watch as somebody else draws blood from the athlete then mark the sample and send it to the lab.

    Do you think a WADA official can't play doping control officer????

    :patsch

    Obviously, that is not how the procedure works bud plain and simple. As Skinner said

    You want WADA to play the role of "doping control officer" but thats not what THEY choose to do in their daily operation. THEY enlist the help of the anti-doping organization in the country they need testing done.

    :deal:deal
