USADA is the WADA approved testing agency in the United States.

Who will test Pac while in the Philippines during his first 6 weeks of training? Naturally the WADA approved testing agency, the Philippine Sports Commission!

Since USADA mostly will likely not blood test 2 weeks before a fight....

...Floyd Sr: "Pac is not allowed to train in the Philippines".

    :rofl

Why not just have USADA do the testing, when WADA uses the same **** USADA uses?

Because Pacquiao will be doing around half his training in the Phillipines. I'm not sure if the USADA can test him over there. If that's the case, then it would make sense to have WADA oversee the entire testing process. It's a fair comprimise in my opinion.

Make sense, but who will actually take the tests while in the Philippines? since i read WADA only oversees the tests...

What I dont get is...is that.. Why did it take that long for Arum or Team Pacquiao to agree or counteroffer the Agency that will test Pacquiao....

does that mean they're only agreeing to the OSDT now? :?

Put it the other way round.....imagine if MAyweather was offered a fight in the Phillipines with a Phillipino testing organisation, especially one that has a big history of covering up dozens of positive tests to help its country on the international stage.

Pretty much. It seems pretty obvious that this is the case to me. Otherwise, we would've heard about their desire to WADA due to Pacquiao training in the Phillipines a while ago.

Pac only trains for 1 1/2 - 2 weeks at the Wild Card in LA. The Philippine Sports Commission is the WADA appoved testing agency in the Philippines. If WADA doesn't oversee USADA's testing in person, doing so for the PSC would be quite hypocritical.

In that case, the Philippine Sports Commission is truly honest, as the Philippines have not had an Olympic Medal since 1996 in Atlanta.

If the PSC were the only agency involved, you would have a point. However, you're going to have labs in both the Phillipines and the USA conducting tests. You need to have one agency overseeing all of these tests.
