    what i meant by protected is a team who would match him well and would not just get a fight just to earn money. pacquiao from the start was matched-up with grown man as a teen. floyd like oscar, was backed by world class trainers and handled by their promoters well.

    He's not ducking testing. Floyd just trying to bash Pac in the news some more. Pac will agree to Floyd's demands and I bet you anything that Floyd will have another demand.
