yes,and because he graduated from Harvard he knows the fighters are not rocket scientists and a million things could go wrong if you apply olympics rules of doping on them.it's not like he asked "hey what will happen if you find pacman full of amphetamine?"

Do you think Arum would ask straight up what the penalty would be if Manny was caught juicing?
I'm sure he knows the of the bad repsonse he got when Atlas started talking about those emails. He's not going to come and ask it like that again.
i don't like Arum and i feel like he's lying most of the time, but the man is very smart

Koncz also said in 24/7 that Manny accepted a 7-day cutoff. Obviously this guy is either misinformed or just plain stupid. :conf

    QUACK QUACK QUACK!!!!

"Both times, the fight was very close to being made. And, the second time around, you know, all that I can say is that you would have to ask Floyd Mayweather why the fight wasn’t made. To this day, I really don’t know why Floyd decided that he didn’t want the fight any more in the fall." -Greenburg

According to Greenburg, it was Floyd who didn't want to :huh

and why would greenburg lie about the negotiations almost a done deal? remember that oscar said the same thing until floyd took off.

So why would Manny refuse the testing, allow PBF to beat the WW champion (while he beat Clottey), then when PBF makes it clear that he is no longer willing to compromise the testing...the all the sudden 14 days is OK? He walked from the fight over getting inside 24 days, then all of the sudden (with no gains, no concessions from PBF) he is willing to go to 14 days...7 days...up to the fight when both are committed to other fights. When there aren't opportunities to actually make the fight Manny is willing to do whatever, but when the chance to make the fight is there, he walks over 24 days and immediately signs to fight Clottey? How do you justify that?

IIRC, Tim Smith never mentioned emails. Only Teddy Atlas did.

Because they probably were almost done, aside from drug testing, which was not something that PBF was willing to compromise and that was made crystal clear to the entire world after the SSM fight. If not 100% random, regardless whatelse was discussed and agreed to, there would be no fight, period. I'm not sure what's so difficult to understand, the "2nd negotiations" no negotiations were necessary, everything had already been agreed to the first time...other than testing, hence if Manny wasn't willing to test, there was nothing to discuss.

wrong. the initial agreement has no mention of extra test. floyd's camp added it later. they are actually negotiationg a cut-off date. pac's team moved the offer up to 30 days cut-off, floyd's team moved-it up to 14 days, pac's team moved-down to 24 days. from that on, neither would budge.

the 2nd negotiations, it was almost a done deal according to greenburg and oscar until floyd lost his urge.

There was no "ASKING" anything. Floyd accused without cause and failed to support those damaging accusations... He instead thought the "appropriete" (do your job spell check boy ) action was to DEMAND OSDT to somehow support his unsubstantiated comments about the guy he was suppose to fight.

The tests wouldn't have been a issue if Floyd went about things as a professional...with a level of respect that he would expect. Instead his actions in trying to get this fight done was nothing more than hurdles or excuses NOT to fight.

If I were PAC...I wouldn't have gave into Floyd after all the **** he talked and how he proceeded to act like he was calling all the shots. Floyd never acted like he really wanted the fight. And to say he did would be ludicrous. Him saying now that he wants the fight and will fight PAC is the first time he's shown that he is actually gearing up to take the fight and of course PAC is going to take Floyd tests. There is really no way for Floyd to excuse himself out unless there's a major, personal issue.

Greenburg didn't lie he was misinformed.

What we know now is that pac team did not agree to full random testing no cut off, how do we know this from knocz interview during margarito 24/7 they said they had agreed to 7 day cut off.

Now what this suggest is that someone in team mayweather could be Ellerbe or Haymon or someone may have been saying that 7 days should be fine and maybe even pushing floyd to accept the cut off to get the fight done.

Now i don't know who that was, but what I do know is floyd was not happy one bit, hence why after that happened he was continually seen with Don King as well as rumours of him breaking up with Ellerbe e.t.c. Don King even hinted as much to what was going on.

Now Floyd house once again seems back in order, and everyone is on the same page again.

Floyd Jr has always been consistent of what he wants.

How do you justify Floyd asking for such stringent testing when the commission's test has been good enough for his first 40 fights? And this on a guy who has never failed a test before, never been in question (other than from Floyd's crackhead father) and is supposedly a one dimensional midget? Then Floyd continues to move his demands from 14 being good enough to day of the fight. Then losing his urge?

Pac already blamed blood testing for his loss against Morales. Now tell me why he should risk being weakened in the biggest fight of his life?
