He only starting these demands after looking at Pac. And so far, only two guys have accepted. Shane, a former user, and now Ortiz.

Annwer this honestly, if Floyd was not a draw, do you think anyone would cave to his demands on testing? Please be honest. Thanks!

What kind of bull**** is this? What about the 16 month window between Mayweather-Mosley and Mayweather-Ortiz? Was Mayweather subject to random USADA testing? How about the window between the day after Mayweather-Ortiz and the day before he starts training for his next fight? Floyd's 16 MONTH window is perfectly fine with Tygart but Manny's requested 2 weeks is not?

This is why Pacquiao's team has no confidence in USADA's integrity and justifiably so.

He said yes. How could he prove it if the fight hasn't even been signed yet? Floyd didn't want to sign the contract.

Of course not. Floyd has a very difficult style to overcome. If he wasn't a draw, people wouldn't want to fight him regardless. Asking for random blood and urine would give fighters a viable excuse to not fight him. Now, if Floyd was a big draw yet wasn't very talented, no fighter(including Pacquaio) would turn down his request for addtional testing.

so haymon negotiated on behalf of floyd, arum in behalf of pac and greenburg from HBO. greenburg stated that it was almost a done deal until floyd took off. floyd did not even say that the reason for his vacation was the cut-off but he just plainly said that he has no urge to fight.

so it was still not floyd's fault for not making the fight?

do you believe that floyd just continues to ask for this test because he actually wants to clean the sport or he has no choice but to continue doing it so as not to be branded for singling pac out?

Just like Biggie really did pay to have 2Pac knocked off, courtesy of another LA Times story.

There could be a multitude of reasons. In my honest opinion, I think his father started all of this. I think his father planted the idea in his head. Floyd may have brushed him off at first. At that point, his father probably told him to request addtional testing and said that if Pac was clean he would accept with no problem and if he wasn't clean he would refuse. Keep in mind this is all speculation on my part. I obviously don't know why what's happened has happened, I can only theorize like everyone else.

EXACTLY - I don't know how they are going over the fact that the man is asking what the consequences are if tests are failed, I wouldnt ask what the consequences for Driving while intoxicated(DWI) if i didnt plan on drinking and driving home from the club. If I knew I was taking a cab from jumpstreet I wouldn't give two shits about the consequences.

P.S. The cold medicine **** doesnt work if you know your going to be tested - You will be a ****ing fool to take anything that would be considered to give a false posititve if you know you are under scrutiny.

Btw - Doesn't he have a ****ing nutritionist with a degree??? If his special shake maker dont know what banned substances are and how to avoid them - then he should be fired asap

Excellent point. I guess Arum is just doing his due dillegence. However, there should be no question that the fight is cancelled if someone tests positive.

Big difference between the two is **** I dont know.... - maybe becuse he didnt have a fight planned during those 16 months and was not under contract.

The fight between Floyd and Manny will be under contract and therefore they are subjected to whatever mutually agreed terms they signed their names to, as obligated by said contract.
