If pac agreed to what the arbitrator said the first time, Floyd will be on vacation earlier than planned.

Then the deal would be done and everyone would know Floyd is a coward, as it is

Pac has objected to a drug test that other boxers have had no problem accepting

I'm presuming someone here has to be a lawyer, since let's face it, lawyers are like 7-11s. They're everywhere. :D And no, this isn't about the lawsuit. It's about the contract negotiations between Pac and Floyd. On numerous occasions, Pac has indicated that he has no problem taking the tests that Floyd's asking for, i.e. tests without cutoffs. OTOH, Konman keeps jumping in to say that the Pac side has ever "agreed" to those kinds of tests, although they "offered" to have cutoff tests. At first blush, they seem to be incompatible statements, but I'm wondering if they are really.

Note: This is not a troll thread, a "******* v. *****" thread, or an invitation for more hate posts. I'm asking for an expert opinion here.

You don't need a lawyer to answer this.

These statements are simply not the same. You have what basically amounts to an agent of Pac saying that they want one thing, and Pac himself saying he would agree to another.

To me, it's more of a public relations stunt, if you will. Pac, who the fans adore, can say what they want to hear. And they hang on to his word that he will take any test whatsoever. His agent, on the other hand, is probably the one who is stating their true position when it comes to negotiations with the Mayweather camp.

    :-(

Both fighters want cutoff dates, just different dates.

    Ummmmmmmmmmmm,

he started in 2010 with Mosley. Since he decided to make that career stand, which you can't disrespect him for, he has fought twice, both tested. So that is why JMM was not tested. Also, just because there were no tests sooner than 18 days does not mean there could not have been. Random means you don't know if it will be 18 days, 5 days, 28 days, 12 days, etc. Not a cutoff.

So, everything you said was either wrong or changing someone's name to fit the word "gay" into it. Interesting...

Yes he's said so from the jump. PBF was serious about fighting Pac. He had no idea Pac would shoot down his request for testing.

No not serious, because he also stated if Pac wanted to take the tests he wants someone from his camp to be able to go to his training facility and watch Pac train any time they please. And they also stated he cant train in the Phillipines.

To me it seems like this:
floyd: I want random drug testing
Pacquiao: oki but not till the fight because I get the feeling it makes me weaker

They cant agree on the cut off date, fight falls trough, pac fights clottey may fights mosley.

    After mosley:

Pac: accept random testing to 14 days up to the fight like floyd asked
Arum: we have this clock running, floyd has 2 weeks to accept otherwise we move on
Floyd: **** it, now I want it random up till the fight, but now I have lost my urge and am going on vacation.

Pac fights margarito, one week after that fight happens, pac mosley is quickly made.
Floyd is still on vacation, pac beats mosley in a bad fight, rumours start about floyd vs ortiz happening, arum quickly makes pac vs marquez 3.
Floyd comes back and makes the ortiz fight a few days later.

    Now:

    Floyd: take the test?
    Pacquiao: ok, everything is fine
Pacquiao 1 day later: Acts weird about the peds testing question.....
****** koncz: yeah we wanted 14 days like he asked bla bla
    Floyd: take the test....

Its a frustrating long annoying proces to a fight that will most likely dissapoint and should have happened 2 years ago.
Yet its still the main subject for several years now...

Pac accepts test, fight happens. Can't nobody say any different, because Pac has yet to agree to the test DURING THE NEGOTIATIONS, so we don't know if Floyd is bluffing or not.

    :think

Oh, I don't know were they ever on record saying that they felt blood being drawn from them so close to the fight weakened them...

I know Pac was on RECORD after the Morales loss... hmmmm... I think a Pretty Boy remembered that as well.... :hey:hat
