it is IMPOSSIBLE to have olympic style drug testing in boxing as there is not and probably never will be a world governing body. in football (soccer) you have fifa, in cricket you have the ICC and obviously athletics have their own. unless boxing adopts a governing body cheating will always happen in times where boxers are away from the sport.

mayweather has olympic style drug testing for a 2 month period before the fight, which is the most that he can do because he does not control the boxing world. floyd is doing his best to make sure each fight he participates in is as clean from drugs as it could possibly be without a world wide governing body.

Besides the examiner report that came out that said it was illegal in 49 states, no one else has reported or said the same.

On top of that. The same guy who wrote the article, recanted his own ****ing article because he even called around to other commissions and could find nothing stating it was illegal.


On top of that as well, Floyd openly and publicly stated in a post fight of Carlos Hernandez that he took two Novacaine shots in his hands. Merchant was doing the interview and asked him if he had the shots before Floyd opened up about it, that fight took place in Grand Rapids.


Please show me, where it's illegal in another state.

Osdt make sure you are tested for nine months before competing. You must be Available every week ,Not retired or on Vacation. This has been point out the whole time Jr was ranting and rave. He wants better drug testing in the sport and having you do random blood testing from the start of camp up until the day of the fight is a good start. He has the backing of one of the biggest promoters in GBP, and has HBO behind him as well. He could easily use his pull to get change enacted in testing. Is he? Nope, he isn't doing jack **** Pimp. Why is that PBF is making 25 to 30 mil a fight +PPV money and Pac isn't? I'll tell you why, Arum is taking a bigger cut than he should. The proof is in the pudding man, wake up. Also Pac even hired a firm to look at missing money.
