How is he avoiding them when he expresses interest in fighting these guys and they turn him down? Mosley turned him down on multiple occasions. There's video of him out there making excuse as to why he didn't want to fight Mayweather. I have no idea how you could claim he avoided Tszyu. Your argument seems to be that if the fight didn't happen, then Mayweather ducked these guys. That of course is ridiculous. Many of those guys you mentioned wouldn't stand a chance against Mayweather. And if Pacquiao is as convinced as you are that Mayweather has been avoiding him, then it's very surprising that he's wavering on the fight. You would think that he would jump at the opportunity, but that has yet to happen.

Willaims-No-never in position to fight Floyd-Was either fighting Margarito, or getting ready to get beat by Carlos Quintana in the first fight
HE THEN MOVED UP IN WEIGHT TO 154-160:deal

Tony was and is garbage-Floyd advised him to keep winning and they'd meet-HE LOST HIS NEXT FIGHT TO WILLIAMS-HE DID NOT "KEEP WINNING"

TSZYU-WOW-U MUST BE NEW TO THE SPORT-FLOYD WAS CALLIN OUT KOSTYA AS A LW AND JWW-TSZYU WANTED 0 PARTS AND BY THE TIME FLOYD GOT TO 140 IN 2004, TSZYU WAS ALL BUT DONE:deal

Mosley-Never avoided him-Floyd was on ESPN in August 2006, sayin "first I'll beat Mosley then I'll beat his boss"-This was before Shane went on vacation and got his tooth fixed-Floyd was callin em out at 130 when shane was at 135 too:deal

Pacquiao-LMFAO-PAC HAS BEEN USING A "DRUG TEST" AS AN "EXCUSE" NTO TO FIGHT FLOYD-Pac agrees to the test and PAC FINDS THE NEXT EXCUSE IN "JMM 4"

SERGIO-Not ducking nobody-This fight may materialize:deal To say he is "ducking" shows your bias-FLOYD WANTS TO FIGHT MANNY AND CLEARLY, IS GIVING MANNY A QUICK MINUTE TO DECIDE-SERGIO-FLOYD WILL HAPPEN WHEN FLOYD READY TO JUMP TO 60 FOR THAT 6TH WEIGHT CLASS (LEGIT TOO-NOT 145 OR 150 IN 147 OR 154 LB DIVISIONS):deal

COTTO-I HAVE 0 ARGUMENT HERE-I TRULY BELIEVE FLOYD AVOIDED COTTO IN THE PRO RANKS-styles make fights...don't think Cotto could do it today BUT I DO GIVE CREDIT WHERE ITS DUE AND 2007 IS A DIFFERENT STORY ALL TOGETHER.

    Please get it right:thumbsup

Wow, Mosley turned down Floyd 3 times before he was desperate for money and wanted Floyd. Floyd, wanted the fight since 1999. Mosley is on utube saying he can't Floyd because of his tooth. The AM situation was like this who do you fight Carlos Baldomir who was the undisputed champ for the same amount of money or AM. Floyd offered a fight to Am but he turned Floyd down to fight Shotgun Gomez.

That was true Floyd offered to fight AM but Am said he was in negotiations to fight Shotgum Gomez a fellow popular mexican fighter and he didn't want to go back on his word. That was in Feb of 2005. That's another fact that gets ignored.

 You have to laugh at all these little ***** dorks who start foaming at the mouth as soon as anyone breaks the news that Floyd has been ducking and dodging tough fights ever since Castillo beat him in 2002.

You guys can say what you like, but deep down you know that boxing history will prove me right and you wrong - Floyd will be remembered as a ducker, irrespective of his own self-propaganda or your own opinion. His resume from lww-ww is weak and should be so much better.

Don't argue with me, argue with future generations of boxing fans, media, and historians!!

but when the biggest fight at WW between cotto and mayweather back in 2008 was being talked upon, ellerbe has this excuse that cotto was not a draw and floyd actually retired saying he won't let "boxing" retire him. same case with pacquiao when he retired once again "goes into long vacation" during negotiations for a fight.

This is hilarious coming from the same guy that throws a hissy fit everytime someone doesn't agree with him. Even now, you resort to childesh name calling simply because people disargree with you. That's what women do. We're clearly not always going agree here. However, there's no reason to act like a teenage girl just because someone has a different opinion. Then again, I don't even know how old you are, so maybe I'm asking too much. If you're over the age of 15 though, I shouldn't be.

After the Hatton fight, Miguel Cotto's own trainer/manager came out and said he prefered a fight with De La Hoya instead of Mayweather. Everyone convieniently ignores that. You also can't ignore the fact that Arum abosuletly detests Mayweather along with his advisor, Al Haymon. Since Mayweather left Arum, no Arum fighter has fought Mayweather. In fact, Margarito is the only Arum fighter to fight an Al Haymon fighter, and Arum did everything he could to prevent that fight from happening. Just look what's happening now, Mayweather/Pacquiao is easily the biggest fight that can be made. With Manny's side claiming testing isn't an issue, there shouldn't be anything stopping this fight from happening. Despite this, it looks like it still won't be happening and we all know why.
