Damn Floyd has lost his mind. There is nothing wrong with a 50-50 split.

 

True or not, we know Floyd, Haymon, and GBP wasn't looking to fight Pac on May 5th. It's just posturing. Check the thread Bigreg posted. Mayweather and Schafer already had a plan on Nov.2nd. They are just using Pac's name to boost Floyd's profile

 

I don't need to watch any of this, I already know Pacquiao has been chasing him for years and is ready to make a fight that works for both parties.

No matter how you spin it for Floyd, you can spin a better case for Pac deserving more.

*Pac has sold 2 million more PPVs than Floyd in the US. He has double Floyd's PPV numbers since he became a megastar in 2008 and Floyd came back from retirement. He has sold double the PPVs Floyd has this year aswell.

*Pac has sold more PPVs at his age than DLH had at the same age, with one less event.

*This year Pac became the only non-heavyweight boxer to have 2 PPVs do over a million in one year

*Pac holds the record for most consecutive years with a PPV of one million buys

*He outsold Floyd in their most recent fight by 160,000 PPVs, and it was the biggest PPV event for year of all the combat sports and WWE. He also did 400k more vs Marquez than Floyd did.

 

My opinion just changed.

Floyd is being an unreasonable *****. Pacquiao has bent for everything Floyd has asked for, and now this?

how are people dumb enough to think that Floyd is gonna contract GBP to reserve a venue and a date with the networks and expect Pac to fight him on the date GBP reserved in the venue they reserved.

To these morons, the logical explanation is that the guy who moved up from super bantam to featherweight and fought Barrera and Marquez back to back in their primes with no tuneups is scared of Floyd.

at this point i don't even no anymore...I have defended Floyd's actions..But this one I don't get. If the only hold up is the split; then i can't justify him not accepting it..I saw Freddie Roach on ESPN the other day and he mentioned that floyd wanted 70/30...I called BS; thinking it was another excuse from Top Rank...

If the money has never been an issue (as stated by Bob Arum) then where does this come from?

 

No matter HOW much sense one makes in regards to Floyd's actions, they label EVERYONE a hater or *******. But I expect that from ignorant fanboys of a women beater.
