Why wouldn't Roach say something about it and just leave it at that? Maybe 50-50 isn't happening and its already agreed on..... but all I know is that this news would've came out a lot sooner if it were a problem and the guy from sportscenter wouldn't be making this breaking news from a personal email he received from floyd? If it was gonna be made public why not make it an official interview or do it over twitter since he clearly wanted this news out there.

 

^ Pacquiao / Roach have said repeatedly in the past that Floyd was asking for too much money. Pacquiao said it not that long ago.
