PAC should accept the 40 mill under one condition, if he wins then there is a rematch in witch PAC gets 100% of the ppv revenue

My English is bad but please allow me to translate it ... "I will never fight you, never! I've said it before, I'll say it again, Manny wants Floyd but Floyd's health comes first." :good

I don't know with you guys, but this whole argument of Floyd wanting more than 50/50 because he believes he earns more than Manny in a fight is pure STUPIDITY in favor of Floyd!!!
We all know that in their last 5-6 years in price fighting they both tallied almost similar PPV buys, one may argue a couple of hundred k's in difference on both camps, but just the same they are the only TWO fighters that can generate a million-plus PPV buys per fight consistently, so in that regard they are equal...
And the argument of Floyd that he earns more than Manny per fight is totally misleading, with common opponents they generate almost identical PPV buys and they command the bigger share among their opponents... The only difference is Floyd co-promotes his own fights, while Manny has Arum to take care of that dirty end... Floyd as a co-promoter shares some of the responsibilities, fight expenses with his counterpart, while Manny relegates all of them to his promoter, so in effect what Floyd gets as additional compensation is his share as co-promoter... So in reality as fighters, both of them gets almost identical amount of money...
And the floydiots claim that Manny only gets 6mill per fight is totally absurd, in the Marquez fight alone that generates more than 1.4mill PPV buys, Manny's share of 20bucks per PPV buys gave him a whopping 28mill plus dollars, and that's on PPV alone, there is additional gate receipt and endorsements payments that will be added, Manny must have earned a total of 36mill big ones on this fight alone....
So Floyd's offer of 40mill flat from a potential 200mill-plus dollars super-fight is downright unacceptable, only floydiots will see pass through Floyd's dirty scheme....!!!!

Manny offered Floyd a 55/45 split with the winner getting the lion's share, if Floyd really knows in his heart that he will beat Manny, then why didn't he take the challenged and agreed to this counter-offer, he will surely get more than Manny plus it will be seen as a gutsy move from him...

it's not about which fighter makes the most money.

You could maybe compare which side of the table makes the most money. For example. If Manny makes 30 million, he will probably need his side to make nearly 40 mill because he uses a promoter.

Pac turned down 40 million for a 7.5 million guarrantee, plus ppv profits, puts him at about 20 million max...and that is the abosloute max.

Other than Arum's lying ass, there is 0 source out there that he is making more than 7.5 in a fight, per the NSAC documentation.

In the meantime 3 posters have put up sources showing that Floyd made 45 million with Ortiz...a guy who has never been on a PPV.

Pac SHOULD and WILL take the 40 million eventually. Then these *******s will have some other excuse...just as he "eventually" agreed to the drug testing, he will "eventually" agree to the 40 million...it's shown in his history. And it was also Manny, not Floyd that made the "next excuse" after agreeing to the drug testing, and that "excuse" was "jmm 4," then "cuts," then "Cotto 2," etc etc..

Just cuz your fighting Floyd, does not mean your going to get a raise in terms of percentage...you will take home more than in any other fight....Zab forward all fighters got their career high paydays...but it doesn't mean your going to get a bigger percentage. Freddy Wak posted a good thread on this already.
