Bottom line is Mayweather beats Pac / Margo / Cotto / Williams at 147. Mosley would be tough but i'd still put him 60/40 favorite. Even thought JMM was moving up in weight Mayweather made it look easy after a 18 month lay off. JMM was rightly in most folks P4P top 10's.

And as for ducking Margo, if what Mayweather said is true and he got $4 million more for fighting Baldomir then why not?

Regardless of what is said he will fight the winner of Pac / Cotto, he didnt just come back to fight JMM.

Oh please, if he wasn't the coward he really is, then why did he make Ricky come up to 147 where Ricky obviously didn't belong there when he struggled against Collazo?

Ha ha ha that interview must have been all Floyd fanaticals fear the most, the realization of their worst nightmares!!! :rofl

What bottomline are you talking about? There's no escape, no trump card Floyd fans can pull after that fuc*in interview. There's no mythical matchups where Floyd the con man wins everytime.

Reality check time, Floyd has to take these fights that you say he wins because of a "bottomline".

Pro boxing is called Prize Fighting. Which means they fight to get paid, and the fighter that is making the most money is the boss.

Floyd had over 200 amateur fights, to compare fighters like Mr. Moore and Mr. Robinson's 100 pro fight careers is unfair, because those fighters had less then 50 amateur fight careers. Meaning Floyd's has over a 250 fight career, and I guess to say fought much better fighters, then Mr. Moore or Mr. Robinson fought during their early pro careers.

To say Floyd has avoided Shane Mosely is unture, it was Shane that turned down a fight with Floyd in July 2006, after he's won over Fernando Vargas, because his teeth was hurting. And everybody in the business knows Bob Arum does not really want to do business with Floyd (it's personal). So the Margarito fight was never going to happen, just like the Cotto fight was delayed so that he could fight Margarito, and now Pacquiao is fighting Cotto. It's a business. Arum doesn't want to loss his fighter's earning power by losing to Floyd. Which Floyd tried to explain in the beginning of the interview.

Now for a fight with Paul Williams, it's not good business for Floyd, because right now Paul does not have the earning power to make the fight. If Paul could have beating Pavlik, I guarantee you the fight could be made, but Paul would have to fight at 145.

We're all adults here, and would do the same thing. Great interview.

Ha ha why can't someone criticize your idol Floyd? He's a boxer, an athlete looking to get paid by people who watch him do his stuff in the ring.

If people need to actually box before they can criticize him, then are you saying people should also need to box before they can praise him? Crazy world! :!:

yeah its really difficult for hatton to put weight on isnt it!

hatton struggled at 147 against Collazo who was a career 147 fighter who he could not bully and use his normal advantages. Mayweather is not a career welter.

he made hatton come up to 147 cos he was giving it the big one and calling HIM out.

Haha I guess Floyd is being an adult when he said Philippines has the best performance drugs huh

Paul would have to fight at 145, are you sure Floyd can make it? :rofl He couldn't the last time he fought :yep

Why would you worry about the business side of Floyd's fights, are you Leonard Ellerbe? :nut

    Seriously? :hey

Ha ha some serious damage control being done by Floyd's boys here...:hi:

I want to see these fights as much as the next person i just think calls of cowardice are way off the mark and that Floyd wins these fights. Tho in reality he is never going to have them all so there will always be shouts of him ducking. He'll probably fight Pac / Cotto winner and Mosely then probably retire leaving the Margo lovers to come out in force calling him a *****!

It's actually great that many black bros mention the same **** as RA did cause then it takes away the racist excuse against Floyd his fans occasionally bring up...

why is bringing up hopkins a hypocritical statement....it's true that bhop made a name fighting smaller guys, but he "kept" his name by fighting the best and taking on all challenges and even trying to reach further by calling out guys like adamek........i dont like bhop, but you can't take away what he's done, and he's a throwback that has taken on all comers and really has left no questions in our minds....
