Why would Oscar announce the fight was going to happen when Pac wouldn't agree to testing? His advisor stated he didn't agree to the testing.

and even if your theory is correct that the fight is made on testing alone, pac has also agreed to it currently but floyd uses other roadblocks and moved the goalpost yet again. did floyd wanted to have all the PPV share this time?
