the issue is much bigger then just floyed... honestly, they can't test people properly they should either implament a full testing system (Too expensive) or just stop testing at all (will never happen because we all have to pretend some times). essentially we are no further ahead.

Would'nt shock me if Mayweather failed one, but I seriously doubt USADA or WADA would withhold positive tests.

Why the hell give PED tests if the results were to be withheld.

Wow congratulations on talking about something you're clueless about. First of all how on earth can it be determined that an anabolic steroid is 100 times more potent than testosterone? You know that anabolic steroids mimic testosterone right? More potent in what regard?
Anaobolic steroids are both anabolic and androgenic in varying ratios, the steroids act on receptors. In the muscle they have an anabolic effect, in other tissues androgenic. Hence the side effects.
There are also very few tests presenting solid scientific data on the efficacy of anabolic steroids as the doses needed to mimic the doses reported by users would be unethical due to the side effects. It's anecdotal when it comes to steroids. So I'd love to hear where you pulled this 100 times more potent than testosterone nonsense from.
