Actually no one in their right mind would say Marg because the only time Floyd coulda fought him was late 2006 (If you didn't know) and Baldomir was the much better fight (Lineal champ and more tested). People who know boxing would NEVER say Margarito, but I'll give you another try because I understand that it was just a bandwagon kinda answer.

Gatti was the much better fight... and the only reason that ever happened was cuz Tsuyu/Hatton said no to every one of Floyd's offers. Baldomir was also much higher ranked, had better wins. Margo came off a win from Cintron ffs.

Floyd went to fight the lineal champion in Baldo then went for Oscar. I would have done the same thing. For money and for legacy. Margarito was a nobody, same with Vivian.

No, but it's going to be very diffcult to beat him. You can probbly count on one hand histotoricy who can beat him. Robinson, Ray Leonard, Hearns. I don't see anyone beating him from 130-140. This includes Benny Leonard.
