Then Floyd, a cetifiable ***** ass *****, talked bad about him, and now everyone says he's garbage, all due to Floyd's cowardice.

The same thing is happening now to Alvarez and Martinez.

Now they are both garbage. Martinez, is apparently one of the worst middleweights in history and Alvarez is just trash.

Meanwhile, after Guerrero fought Aydin, people were sayin that he should keep his ass on ESPN 2.

But when he gets on Floyd's radar, now he's what....a 6 division champ, possibly one of the best of all time?

i just think the threads on here a few yrs ago got so out of hand it made fans pick one over the other even if they liked both and made rational posters irrational

Ive enjoyed both fighters careers i do admit i used to be a bigger pac fan but that had nothing to do with floyd

i grew up watching floyd before manny hit the scene and ive been a fan of floyd for a long time

manny i saw for the first time when he debuted in the us i was a big fan of his until marquez 1

though i did root for him vs morales twice and vs oscar

i actually rooted against floyd twice, vs oscar and vs hatton and i got really excited when mosley had him hurt

when it comes down to it im just a boxing fan, i wonder how many of these crazy nut huggers root against their "idol" in fights

 

no everyone got off the pac wagon because he cancelled the floyd fight

 

Nice post - same here, I prefer Pacquiao to Floyd because he's more exciting and really doesn't duck anyone, he fights whoever they want to put in front of him, you can tell the guy has no fear, he's a proper fighter.

I appreciate Floyd's skills, his defense is brilliant and he's awesome at changing strategy during a fight to regain control and so on, but he ducks and his 0 means little, it means something but not everything.

I really was a Leonard / Hearns fan growing up, loved those 2 fighters and then later Erik Morales. But like many true boxing fans, Pacquiao did capture the imagination but I was like "WOOOAAAHH" when he got KO'd, best fight I've seen in ages
