Jack Johnson had many haters I'm sure. But in the modern era, Floyd without a doubt. Ali would be the other if you go back to the 60s. Ali got TONS of hate. People acting like he was beloved are smoking rocks.

Redo this poll since KO6 and watch the results be extremely different. Just look at how the landscape of ESB has changed since......just the last few extremist *******s left now......

That's bc boxing fans are fickle. Wait 10 years from now. There's no way you can objectively put Mayweather ahead of Pacquiao.

it's true. Floyd is going to keep winning. He is rated higher on ESB Classic's list for a reason.

Winning against who? A guy who fights once a year and takes on the likes of Guerro and Ortiz doesn't do anything for his legacy.

It's getting close, but it is still Pacman.

With every passing year manny pacquiao will be looked upon worse and worse. His accomplishments at 135 and below are impressive, certainly. However, above that weight he fought only one legitimate challenger, Tim Bradley, and he looked "decent" in a close win (8-4 manny, but the rounds were all fairly close).

None of his other wins are impressive considering they all take place against old opponents coming off consecutive losses/poor performances, at catchweights, with rehydration limits, AND *MOST IMPORTANTLY* an unwillingness to take OS drug testing.

    Over time manny's "legacy" degrades.

and Pac cherrypicking Marquez twice and losing, enchances his?

  13. Pacquiao is still a mile ahead, you can't look past the excitement factor that Manny brought

Actually I think history will look very kindly on Floyd, when all of the hate he draws has gone people will look back on him as the most skilled and dominant fighter of his era.

This has zero to do with anything resume/ATG related. I found manny's fights dull. He did the same **** in the lower weights and upper weights, except he was as powerful or more powerful in the upper weights (PEDS/steroids).

I'm biased though because I like tactical fighters: AW/FM/JMM/BH, etc.
