I said that if they fought today I would put my money on Mayweather. Pac has declined much more then Mayweather has. A few years ago, it would have been a 50/50 fight. I just don't get how people constantly are critical of Manny and his resume when the exact same thing can be done for Mayweather.

Nope, just overstated and exaggerated by the "I just started watching because of Manny Pacquiao" crowd.

It was a solid run. I would have changed some things, you can do that with any fighters' career, but he beat some solid fighters.

The same way you brag about how Floyd dominates fighters that had multiple losses before Mayweather fought them....

And even though YOU consider those Mayweather 'dominate' performances to be against multiple loss leftovers, you want folks to kiss Pac's rear for beating the same guys?

Do you realize how insane you sound right now?

Lol. I admitted in my original post that it was actually a good resume for Mayweather. What I don't like it how people pick these same people apart when it comes to Pacquiao and his victories over them. All I pointed out was that most didn't look that impressive or were seen as past prime when they had fought Mayweather also. Nothing wrong with fighting fighters a little past prime or not at their best weight. It's actually quite rare for fighters to both be at their absolute physical peak when they meet in the ring. I just don't get how people can tear Pac up for these wins yet praise Mayweather without looking at the facts also. Again, most fighters lose. Shane Mosley had lost several times when he was closer to his prime. Does it make him a pointless win for Mayweather. Not really. But, it doesn't make it a horrible win for Pac either and doesn't mean he was fighting Mayweather leftovers.

****ING OATH I AGREE 100% i cant believe anyone would think that..

it showed me manny couldent cut off the ring for **** against an old flat footed fighter.. mayweather took 2 GREAT shots from mosley but he dident go into defense survival mode for the rest of the round though he was visibly wobbled he continued to box mosley.. and from then on in COMPLETELY SCHOOLED HIM

go back and watch the fight.. when floyd fought mosley in the later rounds nazim kept saying between rounds" you gotta show me something or im gonna stop the fight"... he seen mosley not just nullified but getting hit almost at will..

it was a lot more boring then floyds performance .. no cutting off the ring , no defense hesitant to engage mosley clearly rocked up for a payday and had no intentions of fighting. nazim sits outside and watches.. he knows when his fighters taking to much punishment

I agree he's being held to a really high standard at the moment and that's probably because the dislike towards him is at the highest it's ever been. The fact that he's being criticised for fighting Rios as a comeback fight says it all. Especially when just this pass weekend Mayweather has been praised for beating Guerrero lol.

It has been a hard 6 months for *******s...their guy showed the world he was never even the best of his generation...then their new messiah got thoroughly embarrassed by a guy with only 12 pro fights.
