Thats how i feel too. Ater a Canelo-Cotto fight, and Canelo wins, boy the pressure will be on way more the Pacquiao. Pacquao had a great fan base but were talking about Mexico's finest here. he would get shreeded

I understand that he can fight whoever he wants but like I said the pressure will be on. Say he fights Devon (which is #4 at WW, not bad and will have a title just the style sucks) and it does 750k. u dont think Showtime would bring in Mayweather and say "Hey we did decent buissness with that fight but it dropped from the Guerrero fight" "we need a big fight Floyd, with think the biggest money is Canelo, can u make that happen and do the biggest production known to man"??

I dont know why he didnt make weight. maybe because he couldnt or just didnt want to.

Canelo cant do the same because it would be in the contract. in mayweathers it was 750k or something a pound, it would be the same for Canelo. theres alot of fighters that have that in there contracts. pounds over and stuff

 

no catch weight **** either he wants to go to 154 again or he doesnt. Floyd will not care about the pressue the man is more sure of himself than ever after prison

 

because that might be the only way to get the fight done. hes gonna come in 170+, thats why the catch weight. dont act like u dont know.

I want the fight to be at 154 of course but if the only way these guy will do battle is if Canelo has to come in 150-151 then so be it.

guaranteed you will see floyd vs canelo at 154 within 2 years so i aint worried, it might not be this year but it'll happen

hmm u must not know Mayweather. hes very insecure. he actually does care what people think about him. not all, because u cant please everyone, but he didnt like all that Pacquiao talk. it used to **** him off alot but lucky for him Pac's sorry self didnt take a test so that took some pressure off him.

But with no Arum, No blood testing problem, all with Golden Boy, the pressure would even big bigger then ever. Plus Vegas is %50 Mexican. he wouldnt be able to go to the sportsbook anymore without people asking questions.

 

There's no doubt that the pressure will be on. But if May says "**** Off", what are they going to do? Rip the contract ha? May has them by the balls. Plus, May doesn't give a ****. If he cared, he would have fought Pacquiao.

 

He's not being criticized for not making weight, he's being crossed out (by some fans and potentially floyd himself) as a viable opponent due to being "big" for the weight, when in fact several fighters have done the same throughout all the weight classes

 

If we have learned anything over the last decade Floyd will do what he wants on his terms. That is why you are crying in this thread. You want to see the fight. If Floyd cared so much it would be a done deal but that aint him.

 

Pacquiao turned down the test, not his fault. Theres no test with Canelo, no Arum, more pressure. espcially if he KO's Cotto. my oh my.

There not but we dont know eveything about the contract. I had read that even 1 of the 6 fights was supposed to be on CBS at one point. not sure if thats true but theres stuff we dont.

Plus what if Golden Boy decided not to promote his fights anymore? nobody ever thinks about that. its just gonna be Mayweather promotions?? thats not gonna get it done. things can change in the next 5 months quick

 

nobody is crying homey. and actually Mayweather doesnt care but we dont know the future we only know the past and present. who says Canelo doesnt win his next fight and straight disses mayweather hardcore on live TV, has anyone really did that? How will Mayweather take that? get butt hurt, starting throwing rants on twitter??

I think things are gonna get very intresting in the next couple of weeks. to the point we've never seen

even though pac never happened, he never sat there and called Mayweather out. when Mosley hoped in the ring after the Marquez fight mayweather got all butt hurt and was pissed and sign the fight. we shall see what Canelo has to do
