I even think Mayweather with his skills can beat the top guys from 160 at their weight category i.e 3G, Jr , Martinez and Murray, serious !

Cause no one takes him seriously. He sucks?

Floyd doesn't talk about his 0 that much honestly.

They both get praised and clowned on heavy around here, just depending on who you are talking to.

I think Floyd's resume is clearly better though, and Floyd's ability is on a different level as well.. Joe was great in his own right though.

And to the T.S, at the time of when they were fought Oscar/Shane >>> Hopkins/Jones

Why would a fighter only step on the unofficial scale once since 2007, and then repeatedly make implausible statements about his unverifiable fight night weight?

That are 20, 30, or even 40 pounds heavier than he is. If he doesn't do this then he is a cherry picker

This. Floyd is a sure fire ATG and top is probably a top 30 fighter all time.
Joe is a sure fire HOF, but is a borderline ATG/top 100 fighter.

Mayweather has Corrales, Castillo, Marquez and other fights from earlier in his career that overshadow Calzaghe's early competition. The gap between Eubank and Lacy hurts Joe's legacy, although I think he warrants more credit for Lacy than generally perceived to the case.

Still, FMJ has a superior resume.

You obviously haven't had to make weight before. Once you get down to the final few pounds your body will allow, even a pound can seem impossible to lose.

Im a Floyd fan, Im one of his biggest fans. Floyd nor his camp has said anything about trying to bring Canelo down. Without a statement from the horses mouth why is everyone getting all excited?

Aside from that, the fight should be made at 154 and I don't honestly think Floyd cares about how fat Canelo is going to try to come in at.

cotto was 168 when floyd fought him. Floyd sees something in canelo that terrifies him. He has boxed all his life he knows when a fighter is a threat to him. Just like when he avoided pac.

Why would Mayweather want to shut up his haters? They're his biggest fans. When Floyd beats Canelo, who does Floyd fight next that brings this kind of heated discussion? NOBODY. Pac's stock has dropped. Like Floyd said, patience is the key.

Floyd is the shrewdest business boxer in the sport right now. No way he fights Canelo without letting it build up more. Would be stupid move by SHO to make the fight this early too. Canelo v May can be as big as DLH v Mayweather if Canelo fights more names. There are plenty of fighters between Guerrero and Canelo to fight. And people will PAY like always.

All you haters that comprise Floyd's free Public Relations team go buy more keyboards and kleenex. Floyd is going to keep doing what he's doing so cry, *****, pound on your keyboards but never forget to talk about him!

Completely depends on your muscle to fat ratio and how quickly you lose it, and also if you are bulked up. Someone who has lifted weights in order to gain muscle would gradually lose muscle if they stopped lifting and eating correctly. Someone with excess fat could easily drop 7lbs in under 2 months just through eating correctly. This is why il never understand what people mean by someones 'natural weightclass' anyone who thinks wladmir klitschko somehow reached 240lbs at 7 percent bodyfat without lifting weights is living in a dream world. Yet people talk about the lower weight fighters not being at their natural weight class, they all obviously have lifted weights at some point so how can you tell what their natural weight is if some have gained more muscle than others?
