    1st sentence. Agreed
    2nd sentence. Agreed.
3rd sentence. Excuses, defensiveness, and basically complete bull**** - Marg had a title at 154, Pacquiao fought him and won it. It's that simple. End of. Good night! :patsch

Well in that case, what did you think of Floyd vs Cotto at 154lbs. Cotto hadn't done **** at that weight, fought Margarito at a catch weight, and was pretty much given a title. Do you consider Floyd a legitimate 154lb champion for beating Cotto?

Margarito did not have a title. Are you stupid? The bout was for the "Vacant" title.

Margarito didn't even deserve to be ranked at 154. It was a blatant display of a corrupt ABC organization ranking somebody in exchange for cash. Happens more often than it should and isn't limited to just Bob Arum.

Pac is too small for his 8th division, he peaked out at welter. Meanwhile Floyd is apparently too small for his 5th, and needs a CW despite being a 2x and current champ

He fought Cotto at 154, and took the title Cotto took off of Yuri Foreman.

So yes, Floyd was one of the belt holders at 154 after his victory over Cotto.

They are roughly the same size. Stop bending the truth. If Mayweather was from a 3rd world country and started fighting at 16 like Manny did, they would have started at the same weight class.

Amateur Mayweather at age 16 = Same weight of Pacquiao at age 16 in the pros.

Once again, Floyd makes himself and his welfare-recipient fans looks terrible.

Man, you really love Floyd. Must be hard seeing him do the same thing that you tear Manny up for.

I'm sorry if that factual information got in the way of your hate parade.

And again: I've said over and over and you seem to not get it: THE FIGHT SHOULD NOT BE FOR THE TITLE. PERIOD. I do not agree with it, at all.

The only reason I am OK with the fight is because it's a fight many want to see and should be decent to watch. That's it. I don't consider the "title fight" to be legitimate.

Sure thing, that's why he calls him midget. Pac and JMM are same size. You didn't catch Floyd JMM, did you?

And yet you bash Pac for fighting then giving up the vacant title he won from Margarito at a catch weight but praise Floyd for fighting Canelo at a catch weight. You say Margarito is a joke at 154lbs but then act as if Cotto belongs or has done anything at 154. Your love for Floyd is strong. You can't even admit that it's hypocritical of Floyd for saying he fights fighters at their best weight then watch as he makes a unification fight at a catch weight. Give it up man. Your looking pathetic.

I did. So is Pacquiao too small for Mayweather in your view?

I never thought the fight would be competitive, by either JMM or Pacquiao. Mayweather has about an inch in height, but more importantly, he has like 6-7 inches of reach on both fighters and is a superior craftsman in the ring. Mayweather has freakishly long arms for his height. That to me is the biggest factor physically. Everything else is negligible differences. But last time I checked, weight classes are not separated by "arm lengths."

I could care less what Floyd says or thinks, I'm not him, so don't merge his views with mine. Thanks.
