His stamina issues will play a role in why he won't get a rematch. Say he does well for the first 4-5 rounds then thoroughly gets his ass kicked for the remaining 7-8 rounds. His performance wouldn't be persuasive enough for a rematch.

i think u could be right. i believe with mayweather being a betting man he could bet against himself, make a killing and set up a 2nd and possibly 3rd fight, maximizing the amount of money he makes before his retirement. i'm not sure if mayweathers pride and ego are too big for him to risk his 0, but being the money oriented person that he is he might not care about his 0 and just care about making a ridiculous amount of money off a mayweather vs canelo trilogy.

this is true but i see a clase fight. 7-5 with people seeing Mayweather get hit more then usual and fans yelling robbery (which it wouldnt be) but i totally see a rematch.

even if Mayweather fights Garcia/Lucas next ofr Khan-Alxander it doesnt make half the money a rematch will. the only time people thought Mayweather had lost he took an immeadiate rematch, i see it happening for sure next May

trilogy can only happen if Canelo wins once (maybe could happen) but i only see 2 fights that are close.

fall 2014 we get another super fight with the opponets i mentioned earlier.

Not all counter-punchers fight alike, least of all Marquez and Floyd. I hate when people imply a victory by proxy.

Yes he did, Floyd's looking for an Opponent Pacquiao stays Quiet. Floyd signs fight with cotto, Pacquiao goes on a media blitz saying he's will to take test take less money. Pacquiao was just using Floyd's name to get Attention, then went on to lose two fights in a row.

To add lets not forget turned down the 40mil Floyd offerd before Floyd decide to fight cotto. This can be looked at and twisted every which way, but the facts are facts. Back when the fight was 50/50 PAC walked away because of blood test, 2013 PAC has no problem with blood test...

Doesn't matter who he fights does it? There's always someone Floyd is ducking according to ESB. Alexander and Judah already beat Matthysse, he's a puncher with no intelligence. Mayweather v Mathysse will be a mismatch like Rigo v Donaire.

I don't presume we'll get one Slick, it's just a little puzzling how it feels Canelo is being downplayed as an opponent by Floyd FANS more than anyone else. I feel a little blindsided by it. There's no doubt Floyd is on another level, but I just view the size as being a really, really significant factor. I think there's too much comfort being put into how hard Canelo DOESN'T hit based on old ass fights against guys he was in with, I think it's naive to believe Mayweather will avoid having to stand up to a few shots that buckled a 170 lb Trout. It's easy to just throw it on Floyd's shoulders, say he won't get hit with any of the same punches and assume EZ work. It takes a ridiculous amount of skill to do what he does in the ring, and he'll need to be as sharp as ever in the early rounds.

    Dear *****,

After reading some of your other post i would just like to tell you that your father is very proud of you glorifying and idolizing another man. You became what he always envisioned you would become.

Who does Floyd fight next? SHO ate their dessert first and all that is left is broccoli. Bad business. They should have at least waited until May 5th next year and let it build up. Floyd could have fought someone else interim with a May 5th guarantee for Canelo.

If Floyd didn't share at least some of the same sentiments, there'd be no CW for this fight.
