Manny went from being the energizer bunny to flatfooted, from doing ali shuffles in the last rounds to gassing after 9

He went from hurting cotto and hatton bad, to not being able to pu t a dent on bradley

And now he's able to take the test. Manny cleaned his act in the last few years

an assumption cus you have no proof and Rios has passed all tests....Floyd had an assumption because of the way Pac was smashing bigger fighters all of a sudden...both assumptions...both fighters asked for testing....ONE SAID NO

you edited out testosterone i see....:verysad

the only accepted method in testing EPO by WADA and USADA is through urine testing and pac has already agreed to urine testing all the way to fight day.

blood doping (either with homologous or autologous blood transfusion) desired effect will be seen when they test pac's blood sample after the fight. if testers want to check for blood doping markers, the best time to do it just right after the event.

...and testosterone are detectable in urine sample.

why is this still an argument? obviously WADA, USADA, whatever other org you can name knows there's drugs that isn't detected in urine hence why they need to do blood tests as well.

STFU you're no expert. Pac did not agree to the protocol of testing. It's that simple. You don't know more than the doping agencies. There are no cutoffs in these types of tests. They have their reasons for requiring both blood and urine. Google does not make you an expert!

His cutoff was 27 days at first then the info of him being tested closer to that in the Hatton fight surfaced and he came off it to 24 days. He wouldnt agree to 14 days because "heavy training".

Anyway, how can you dictate the terms of a random test?

It should be 24/7 365. The agencies need to maximize the amount of time for testing. Unfortunately with boxers, especially divas like PEDcquiao, that time is restricted to when the contracts are signed. So it becomes 24/7 for the duration of the contract. Any cutoff is really suspicious to shorten that time window.
