Simple. Rios was with heredia when fight was signed and try decided to test then. Given that jmm was under heredia too who just ktfo him and heredia brags about his ped's, it's a pretty obvious move.

 

Or he could have called FLoyd's bluff, accepted the requested random testing for BOTH FIGHTERS (which is always left out when discussing Floyd's request) and proved he was the P4P champ, if he really was confident he could beat FLoyd.

First off dont put pac in any confortation of a dangerous fight in Mayweather or GGG stuff. pac wouldnt even fight Canelo, this is a fact!! Yes Hatton (after getting KO) Mosley (after losing to mayweather and a draw with Mora) yes a punching bag in Margarito, Clottey who doesnt swing back. Cotto is a good win but we all know he was still messed up off the bricks and why mayweather fought a better IMO. bradley and marquez are his only good wins.
