Pacuiao is a cheat who dismissed his big payday when Floyd offered it.

Now that Floyd has moved on and Pac is no longer a PPV draw and has 3 KO losses, ******* nation is desperate. There is no indecisiveness on Floyd's part. Floyd doesn't talk about Pac unless asked. Floyd isn't calling Pac out. The one that is flip flopping is Pac.
